David has 16 years’ experience managing all types of commercial, retail and industrial properties.

As a specialist he has a deep understanding of the wants and needs of both Lessees and Lessors. Indeed, many of David’s clients have been loyal to him for over 15 years and have now listed their properties with Century 21 Central West.

David’s background covers many different industries prior to entering real estate. He had vast experience in industrial relations as area Manager Dubbo and Western with NSW Farmers Association and prior to moving to this part of the world in 1990 to take up farming at Peak Hill, he was State Manager for a number of high profile industrial companies such as Stanley Tools, Nylex and Cabot’s.
